Staying at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The convenient location next to the railway station was a major plus point for us, but the noise from passing trains was a disruption. The rooms were simple yet overlooked the charming station square. The service level varied from being very helpful and courteous to more focused on the future guests of the hotel. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with some empty containers, although the Bircher muesli was a redeeming factor. The facilities were sufficient, but the noise at night impacted the overall experience.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were not freezing cold upon entering as is common in many hotels, and they were well-lit and had cozy bedding. The cleanliness was on point even with a large group checked in at the same time. However, the AC was kept on by staff. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They were not pushy about joining any loyalty programs but were very knowledgeable about the local attractions, which was a plus. They even provided us with complimentary public transport tickets for our entire stay. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, just a short walk from Anger and extremely close to the central station, which made getting around a breeze. The dining experience offered a diverse selection, especially with the amazing breakfast spread; although, the value for money could have been better. The facilities were excellent overall. However, the dining options could have offered better value for money compared to some neighboring establishments.
